Daith and Shen men piercing has grown in popularity as a potential treatment for migraine and anxiety, the piercing is in the same part of the ear as where an acupuncture needle is placed and it has been reported that people experience fewer migraines and the severity of them afterwards.

Tragus piercings are also now reported to offer benefits similar to the daith piercings for headaches and migraine, this piercing may help stimulate the vagus nerve which is the longest of the 12 cranial nerves, it also carries information from your brain to organs and vice versa.
